Kay is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and Clinical Director of Hope Autism Services. She received her Master of Applied Disability Studies from Brock University in Ontario. She has over 10 years of experience using Applied Behaviour Analysis to teach children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
With experience working in both government funded and private practice setting; she is also currently teaches in psychology and Autism programs at Seneca College.
Kay is an active participant in the community via various initiatives like awareness campaigns through TV & Radio interviews, workshops and seminars.
She is a member of Ontario Association of Behaviour Analysis (ONTABA) and Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrics and Psychotherapists (OACCPP)
